Certified, multilingual Yoga Instructor with years teaching experience. Specialization in Hatha/Yin with a deep knowledge of meditation and breathing techniques. I enjoy providing a Yoga practice that is customized to individual students needs and skill levels, and incorporates a mix of wellness practices: yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. Additional experience and extensive education in traditional Thai Massage technique and Internal Alchemy of Qi Gong.
