I offer sessions and teachings that integrate yoga, Internal Alchemy of Qi Gong, meditation, somatics and conscious touch, supporting both healing and spiritual inquiry. My work is informed by trauma awareness, not as a technique to fix, but as a way to meet the body, the breath, and the nervous system with care, precision, and respect.
At the core of my approach is listening — to sensation, to movement, to subtle signals in the body, and to what is emerging in the moment. I guide practices that cultivate presence, clarity, and inner stability, allowing balance and wholeness to arise naturally in body, mind, and spirit.
I am a certified, multilingual yoga teacher with years of teaching experience, specializing in Hatha and Yin Yoga, with a strong foundation in internal alchemy of Qi gong , meditation and breathing practices. My sessions are adapted to individual needs and rhythms, weaving together yoga, Qi Gong, meditation, and mindfulness as pathways to self-knowledge rather than performance.
Alongside this, I teach and facilitate the art of listening with care and presence — an essential skill for practitioners, therapists, and facilitators. My background includes extensive training in traditional Thai Massage and the Internal Alchemy of Qi Gong, supporting a deep, embodied understanding of touch, energy, and relational presence.
